A Baba and His Daughters

A father with his four daughters pass by the Apartheid Wall through an opening on the side to enter the city of Jerusalem. Seconds after this photo was taken an Israeli soldier pulled the father aside to question him and check his ID, while his daughters waited for the family to continue their travel to Jerusalem. Now the entire area is sealed off and the only way to Jerusalem, which took 10 minutes to travel to before the Wall, is by going north and then back down south to a checkpoint, making the journey nearly an hour without checkpoint harassment.
