Amina Sror, Nil’in 2022

(First photo) Amina Sror is unconscious on the ground; she was hit in the head with the butt of an Israeli soldier’s gun during a demonstration against the Wall. An ambulance is parked at her feet, but they continuously refused to take her to the hospital because she is Palestinian, and the ambulance is for Israeli’s only. (Second photo) Amina recounts her stories of this assault and the days after, while seated in her garden, dressed in a beautiful thobe with traditional Palestinian embroidery, tatreez, and her kufiyyeh.
